Counsel for the Complainant by name Smt. Munsira who is representing her senior Sri S.Kalyan Basavaraj and Counsel for the O.p present.  Also filed joint memo stating that in pursuance  to the sale deed dated 30.6.2016 the possession of the apartment already given, but the set of keys is handed over to the counsel for the complainant in the open Forum.  The counsel for the Complainant Smt.Munsira acknowledges the receipt of the  set of keys. Also submitted that complainant has no grievances against the O.P and no claims.  Both parties in respect of their amicable settlement and on the basis of joint memo filed by the parties prays to dismiss the complaint as not pressed.

In pursuance of the Joint Memo and the oral submissions made by the learned council for the parties, the complaint is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
