THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- being medical expenses incurred towards faulty treatment, to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards future medical expenses, to submit a copy of all the case sheets / records pertaining to the treatment of the complainants and to explain the full course of treatment adopted in the case of the complainants.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 2nd opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the contention in the complaint and written version.  Both complainant and 2nd opposite party and their Counsels absent.  No representation also.  Hence proof affidavit of the complainant and 2nd opposite party are closed and the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
