THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- being medical expenses incurred towards faulty treatment, to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards future medical expenses, to submit a copy of all the case sheets / records pertaining to the treatment of the complainants and to explain the full course of treatment adopted in the case of the complainants.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 2^nd opposite party not filed for a long time to prove the contention in the complaint and written version.  Both complainant and 2^nd opposite party and their Counsels absent.  No representation also.  Hence proof affidavit of the complainant and 2^nd opposite party are closed and the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
