ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite party to pay the complainant, a new Lenova P1A42 Model mobile phone or otherwise, to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- which is the cost price of the said mobile and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and loss of business with cost to the complainant.

Both parties filed Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.  Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.  No costs.
