     This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to take steps to send Cartier Roadster (Gold) Watch Code No.Luwh 1005 or refund the sum of Rs.50,000/- with interest @24% p.a. from the date of his purchase i.e.09.05.2014 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice with cost.
