THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to deliver the two parcels booked in reference in favour of the 2^nd complainant dated:12.05.2014 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and monetary loss with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

On verification of records, the complainant has failed to file proof affidavit to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
