In conclusion we may only state that in case the Complainants are able to obtain a resolution from the Society conveying their no objection to the Builder/OP No. 1 to convey the title in respect of the flats/garage to the Complainants individua;;y, the Builder, OP No. 1, shall convey the same to the Complainants within a period of 30 days therefrom. In case the Complainants are unable to obtain such a no objection then the Complainants will have no other option but to approach the Society along with other members so that necessary deed is executed, as conveyed by the Society to the Builder, by their letter dated 29/01/2014.

With the above observations we proceed to dispose off the complaint with no order as to costs.
