This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and physical discomfort suffered by the complainant’s aged mother and to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of medical consultation with the Doctor and the cost of litigation expenses.

 

Notice to the opposite party not taken for a long time through correct address.  Complainant called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
