This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.1,03,480/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 10.12.2014 and to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- towards the litigation charges to the complainant.

This case is settled between the parties in the Mediation Centre today.  The complainant present and received the demand draft No.897130 for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) drawn on State Bank of India in favour of the complainant, this  Pon. Swaminathan.  Hence, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.
