Oral Order (As per Sri R.Lakshminarasimha Rao, Hon’ble Member)

                                       1.            `15,000/- with interest @24% p.a.,`25,000/- towards compensation and`3,000/- towards costs.

2.            `15,000/- on 28.10.2009. The respondent executed purchase agreement in favour of the appellants on 28.10.2009 and a copy of letter allotting a plot along with it without membership card. The respondent promised to provide life-time membership of the club for availing 166 holiday resorts and clubs all over India and the respondent did not keep the promise. 3.            `15,000/- only out of`36,000/- and failed to pay the balance amount and thereby committed breach of contract.        4.

6.            `15,000/- and took signatures on the papers and that the respondent has not given any opportunity to read al the papers including the terms and conditions of the agreement. `15,000/- promised to provide life time membership of the club for availing benefits of 166 holiday resorts and clubs all over the country and also to allot the site but it failed to keep its promise.

8.            `15,000/- on `15,000/- towards membership fee. Membership Purchase Agreement was entered into, between the appellant and the respondent club on 28.10.2009. The annual administration charges are Rs.1800/- including service taxes and needs to be paid annually, irrespective of the usage of the Club and the same shall applicable from the ate of enrollment of membership.
