ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to cancel the debit of Rs.14,903/- and all other consequential charges  and also to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- for negligence and deficiency in service and mental agony and to withdraw their false communication and Rs.1,00,000/- towards cost etc.

 

Both parties appeared and represented.  The complainant who is appeared in person made an endorsement to withdraw the complaint and recorded.    Hence, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
