This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.54,059/- towards the charges for the repair of the complainant’s vehicle damaged in accident on 15.07.2016 or alternatively to refund the insurance premium of Rs.50,479/- received from the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, suffering and harassment with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of complaint to till the date of realization with cost of to the complainant.

Complainant Counsel present and filed a Memo stating that the matter is settled out of this Forum.  Hence Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.  No costs.
