This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant along with an interest of 15% p.a. from 16^th November to till the date of payment towards compensation for mental trauma, agony, harassment and expenses suffered by the complainant as a result of the deficient service rendered by the opposite party with cost to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
