It is ascertained that the notice sent to Op.No.4 is retuned back unnerved. Rest Ops are absent till date No counter filed by them. Further it is ascertained that complainant is absent since the day of filing of present case. No steps taken by him. We think complainant is not interested to proceed with the case further as no steps taken by him till date as 56 nos. of adjournments more given. Hence we decided to dismiss the case for default. Accordingly the present case is disposed on dismissed for default.
