ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.14,124/- being miscalculated amount along with interest at the rate of Rs.2/- per hundred per month for 5 months from July 2015 to November 2015 and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for perjury, unlawful activities like impersonation, threatening through group of Advocates etc and to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards compensation for blackmailing, threatening of dire consequences like ruining daughter’s career, false account of EMI paid, false allegation of arrest and non-bailable warrant etc with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant died long back.  No legal heirs impleaded also.   As per 2001 (1) CPR 45 National Commission, cause of action fails.    Hence, this complaint is dismissed as abated.
