         Aggrieved by the order in C.C.No.797/2009 on the file of District Forum-II,Hyderabad, the complainant preferred this appeal.

         after 1 month 12 days after transfer of registration of the vehicle in the complainant’s name and within 10 days thereafter, the complainant left toBangalore    

vehicle from the loss or damage and to maintain it in efficient condition and the company shall have at all times free and full access 

and submit that there is no deficiency in service on their behalf.

‘the insured shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the
