ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to pay the balance sum of Rs.40,475/- with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for the mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

         Both represented through counsel.  Memo filed by the complainant to withdraw the complaint and notice given to opposite party, and recorded.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
