ORDER

               The complaint was filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service with regard to Credit Card Loan availed from the opposite party along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to waive off the amount of Rs.1723.10/- and further interest if any levied on the same in the complainant’s credit card and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for deficiency in service and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards loss of reputation and for mental agony along with cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
No representation for the complainant.  Notice of transfer served on the complainant on 29.07.2022.  In spite of the same, no appearance by complainant and no proof affidavit was filed.  Hence, this commission is of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file.  Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.  No cost.
