    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to replace the existing Laptop with a brand new with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards mental agony and deficiency in service and also to pay the cost of this complaint.
