Heard the complainant who is represented by his Purchase Manager.   This is the complaint filed by the complainant who is an industrialist against the Op alleging that complainant had purchased a Generator worth Rs.2,68,0000/- from the Op and later on they found some intrinsic defects but the Op has failed to set right the same and thereby attributing deficiency in the service of the Op have come up with this complaint.     Admittedly, the complainant had purchased the generator for using it in industry for the purpose of the production and for operation of the elevator which is nothing but a commercial activity, as such the complainant cannot be called as a consumer.   Therefore, complaint is not maintainable.   As the result, the same is dismissed at the stage of admission.
