This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards loss caused to the complainant by way of rent paid from December 2014 to till date and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and stress with cost of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant.

 

The complainant appeared in person along with his Counsel and filed this petition to withdraw the case which is allowed.  In view of the petition and order, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
