          This complaint is coming on before us today for hearing, this commission made the following order in open court :-

Both present. Today when the matter had come up for consideration,  the complainant stating that the appeal No. 927/2021 is pending before the National Commission as against the interim order passed by this court. Since it would take some more time to dispose the said appeal, he is withdrawing the present complaint. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the complaint.

In view of the endorsement made by the complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to cost.
