THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to return the sum of Rs.70,000/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and harassment and also to pay cost of the complaint.  

 

       

        On verification complainant has not filed proof affidavit and proof affidavit of complainant closed.  The complainant counsel also called absent for long time.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
