THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to allot unit number 1318 of the Pine Block and to provide club house  and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for mental agony and Rs.25,000/- as cost of the complaint.

        Complainant counsel present and filed Joint Compromise Memo duly signed by both parties and their respective counsels, which is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo this case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.  The Joint Compromise Memo form part of the order.
