This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay refund a sum of Rs.399/- being the cost of the leggings and to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation mental agony and pain to the complainant with cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Both Counsel for the complainant and opposite party made Joint endorsement.  In view of the endorsement, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  No costs.
