ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act. 2019.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite party to refund of the advance amount of Rs.16800/- paid by the complainants vide transaction reference Nos.54327462 and 54355872 as advance to the opposite party and to pay compensation of Rs.100000/- for financial loss/interest and the mental agony suffered due to unfair act of the opposite party and to pay a sum of Rs.15000/- towards cost.

          Complainant 1 and 2 present.  Complainant counsel and opposite party counsel present.  Joint settled memo filed by the complainants and opposite party stating by D.D.No.535568 and 535569, dated 19.10.2022. Opposite party paid to each complainants Rs.5000/-(Total Rs.10000/-) in full quit of claim by way of settlement.  Hence as per endorsement and joint memo complaint is dismissed as settled out of commission.  No costs.
