Per Justice Mr.S.B.Mhase, Hon’ble President:

          Adv. Mr.S.B.Prabhawalkar for complainant moved this matter on 16/08/2010 for withdrawal. Since the matter was not board, we granted him circulation for today with the direction that he shall serve other side to remain present before this Commission.  Accordingly, the complaint is listed today.  Adv.Prabhawalkar also files an affidavit of service of opponent. He further states that parties were not found and therefore, parties cannot be served.  Let the facts as it is.

          What we find that original complaint has been withdrawn by the complainant and thereby, opponents are not being put to any loss or inconvenience.  Under these circumstances, complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint.  Hence, we pass the following order:-

1.                 Complainant stands disposed of as withdrawn.

2.                 Dictated on dais.

     3. Copies of the order herein be furnished to the parties.
