          IA/787/2023 filed by the OPs is taken up for hearing.

          In the instant IA, the OP prayed for passing appropriate orders in terms of the prayer of the complaint.

          The Ld. Advocate for the OPs submitted that he has no objection if the deed of conveyance in respect of flat in question is executed and registered.

          The Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that he is only pressing for prayer A of the complaint because the matter is settled out of court.

          Accordingly, IA/787/2023 is allowed on consent.

          The OPs are directed to execute and register the deed of conveyance mentioned in schedule ‘B’ of the complaint after taking balance consideration amount if any.

          The CC/759/2018 is disposed of in terms of submission made by the Ld. Advocates for both sides.

          The record is not required to be put up on 29.12.2023.
