[1]    Mr.Anthony D’souza is present for the complainant society.  Adv.Yogesh Naidu is present for the opponent opponents. 

[2]    Both the parties have submitted that this matter is settled between the parties outside the Commission.  Consent terms are filed before the Hon.High Court in Writ Petition No.3073/2002.  In view of the settlement, the complainant does not want to proceed with this complaint.  Secretary of the complainant society has filed an application for permission to withdraw the complaint.  He has filed his affidavit in support of this application.  For identification, he has filed copy of his Pan Card.  As the matter is settled between the parties, permission is granted to withdraw the complaint.  Complaint stands disposed off as withdrawn.  Parties to bear their own costs.
