Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

We have gone through the entire materials on record and the subject matter does not fall within the scope and ambit of this forum in view of the decisions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India published in [2009] 8, sec. 481.

In view of the above position, instant complaint is rejected and complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the selfsame cause of action.
