Heard authorised representative for the complainant.
Wr have gone through the entire materials on record and we are the views that instant case cannot be entairned by this forum having regards upon the decision of the Hon’ble National Commission passed in RP No. 1703/10 vuide dt. 17/05/2010 and decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court published in (2009) 8 Sec 481.
In view of the above findings, complaint stands rejected with a liberty to the complainant to agitate the issue before the appropriate forum on the same self cause of action.
A plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
