According to the memo filed by the O.P., it is found that the O.P. has inspected the old battery and has already replaced the old battery bearing serial No. FXPO-XP800 bearing serial No. A314A009428 with new battery bearing Serial No. A3G0A004756 up on completion of necessary formalities. The O.P. has also submitted the customer satisfaction note duly executed by the Complainant. It is therefore ordered that the Complainant’s case is dropped accordingly.
