After arguing the matter for some time on the question of maintainability of the complaint before this Commission, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint and to file it before the appropriate forum / court in accordance with law after suitably modifying the claims made in the complaint. We accordingly direct the Registry to return the complaint to the complainant for filing the same before the appropriate forum / court within 4 weeks from today after modification in the valuation of the claims. Ordered accordingly.
