The case is posted today for hearing. Both Parties are absent on call till last hours of the Forum and they have not filed any step today. On perusal of the case record, it came to our notice that the Complainant has remained absent since 17.07.17 and today also. Though sufficient opportunities have been given to the Complainant for hearing of this case, but the Complainant has not shown any interest to proceed with this case further. So, we do not want to linger this case furthermore. Hence, the present case is dismissed for default of the Complainant & disposed of accordingly.
