     No one for  complainant is present.  The notice issued to OP Nos. 2 and 3 in  consumer complaint bearing No. CC/17/60 were  returned un-served. No acknowledgment is received about service of notice to OP Nos. 1 and 4 in complaint No. CC/17/60.  No acknowledgment is received  about service of notice to OP Nos. 1  to 4 in complaint No. CC/17/59. It is also seen that notice issued to OP Nos. 2 and 3 in complaint No. CC/17/60 were also returned long back un-served with postal endorsement as ‘Left’ The complainant has not taken appropriate steps since 14/09/2018 for service of notice to OP Nos. 1 to 4 in both the complaints. This Commission observed on 24/10/2018 that both the complaints deserve to be dismissed in default. Both the complaints are now placed before this bench for appropriate order in background of the observation made on last date as above.  Therefore both the complaints be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.

Later on:

     Both the complaints are recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order. Presently, also no one appeared for the complainant in both the complaints. Hence both the complaints bearing Nos. 17/59 & 17/60 are dismissed in default.
