ORDER

            Today this Forum has received an order of the Hon’ble State Commission in Appeal No. 1597/2011, in which, it is stated that, both parties have filed their joint memo for Rs. 1,90,000/- payable to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the claim.

            With that order, the Hon’ble State Commission disposed off the appeal.

            In view of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission with regard to settlement of the claim by the parties for Rs. 1,90,000/- payable to the complainant in pursuance of filing joint memo before the Hon’ble State Commission, we closed this E.P.
