Perused the review application and the order sought to be reviewed which was against the interim order passed by a State Commission directing petitioner to deposit 50% of the amount levied by the inspecting team of the respondent authority. On inspection of the premises of the petitioner, the final adjudication of the issue is yet open as the petitioner is to address the core issue before the District Forum, Dehradun. We find no merit in the review application as the review application is not an appeal in disguise. The review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
