Complainant and opposite parties filed joint statement. Hence, complaint disposed off as per the terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise we direct opposite parties 1 to 3 to pay Rs.29,500/- (Rupees twenty nine thousand five hundred only) in addition to the amount already paid to the complainant within one month from the receipt of this order, failing which the complainant is entitled to realize 9% interest per annum for the agreed amount from the date of order, till realization.
