Complainant is present with her engaged counsel Mr. R. K. Das.

                    Heard the complainant in person. She states that she is agreeable to receive the settled amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lacs) paid by the OP to her by way of A/C Payee cheque bearing No. 810308, dated 26-02-2019 issued by Tripura Gramin Bank. The complainanat also expressed the same by way of a petition submitted by her that she is satisfied with the amount and not willing to proceed further with the instant case.

                    As such on hearing the complainant and considering her prayer the case is dropped on amicable settlement on payment of compensation of rupees ten lacs.

                    Hence, handover the cheque and also the documents submitted by the OP alsogwith the cheque to the complainant Srimati Jayanti Das.

                    The case stands disposed of on amicable settlement.

                    Furnish copy of this order to both the parties free of cost through their engage counsels.
