ORDER

IA No. 2052 of 2014 & FA No.285 of 2011              This is a joint application filed by the parties seeking leave to withdraw the appeal on the ground that disputes between them have been amicably settled out-of-court. Learned counsel for the parties affirm the said settlement, which is supported by the affidavits of the appellant and Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, the authorized representative of the respondent company, who is present in person. He states that whatever further steps are to be taken for giving effect to the said settlement shall be taken in due course. Accordingly, the application is allowed and as prayed the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
