Counsel for the parties state that parties have amicably settled the subject matter of the present complaint.  Let the statement of the parties/ counsel be recorded.

          Statement of Mr. Piyush Joshi, counsel for the O.P. and the complainant duly identified by the counsel Mr. Anupam Gupta, counsel for the complainant has been recorded separately.

          In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the complaint is disposed of.   The Opposite   Party   shall   refund   the   entire  deposited amount of Rs. 74,54,588/- along with the interest @ 15% per annum with effect from the respective date of deposit (s) to the complainant within a period of sixty days from today.

          In the facts and circumstances of the case, parties to bear their respective costs in these proceedings.  In case the amount is not paid within the stipulated period, it would be open for the complainant to approach this Commission for the enforcement of the terms of the settlement in accordance with law.
