ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at a length.  The petitioner had got Ex Parte Interim Order on 02.12.2011.  Thereafter, the same was vacated vide order dated 13.03.2012. 

 2.         Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the case with the liberty to file another application for grant of interim relief.  Liberty is granted.

3.     The State Commission is directed to hear both the parties on merits and on the application moved for getting interim relief and decide the matter expeditiously as early as possible.

3.     The case stands disposed of.
