          These are the applications, seeking amendment of the complaint.  The application are allowed and the amended complaints are taken on record.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the complainant, on instructions from the complainant, who is present in person before us, seek to withdraw the complaints with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.  The complaints are, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with the reliefs prayed for.

            If the complainant decides to approach the Civil Court, he shall be entitled to claim whatever benefit is available to him in terms of the decision in Laxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute, II (1995) CPJ 1 (SC).
