Learned counsel for the petitioner moved an application for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach appropriate Forum for redressal of the complaint. Permission is granted and petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach appropriate Forum having jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. The petitioner may move application for condonation of delay in the light of the judgment passed by the Honle Supreme Court in the case Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute [(1995) 3 SCC 583.]
