Without commenting on the allegation levelled by learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant/Complainant about the tactics being adopted by the Respondent/Opposite Party, we dispose of the Appeal with a request to the State Commission to avoid unnecessary adjournments and try to dispose of the Complaint, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
