          In the Interlocutory application , the complainant is praying for permission of placing the documents like letter of Medical Council of India dated 5.6.2017 and Order sheet dated 29.6.2017 passed by ld. ACJM, Bidhan Nagar. A written complaint addressed to the ADCP, Bidhan Nagar , treatment papers along with the forwarding letter of Bidhan Nagar Police Commissionarate to become a part of the record for proper adjudication of the instant case. Considering the facts of the case and the reliefs sought for we are of the view that those records are necessary for determining the question in controversy and the merit of the case. Accordingly, we allow the Interlocutory application and permit the complainant to keep those document on record which have already been filed along with the application being IA/182/2020.
