After arguing for some time, learned counsel for respondent as well as Director of Respondent Company (who is present in person) states that there is no objection, if the orders passed by both the Fora below are set aside and complaint filed by the respondent be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty may be granted to the respondent to approach the appropriate forum to seek appropriate relief in accordance with provisions of law. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent as well as Director of Respondent Company, orders passed by both the Fora below are set aside and present revision petition stand allowed. Consequently, the complaint filed by the respondent before the District Forum shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted to the respondent. Dasti to both parties.
