ORDER

The amount of Rs.2,32,465/- which is deposited by the Judgment Debtor with this Forum shall be released to the Decree Holder on his request or after the decision of the Hon’ble State Commission which would be passed by the Hon’ble State Commission on deciding the appeal likely to be filed by the Decree Holder as stated by him before this Forum today. On releasing of the said amount, the Decree Holder shall handover the instrument to this Forum or shall hand it over to the Judgment Debtor. Order accordingly.
