This consumer complaint coming up before us on 30.06.2022 for withdrawal of the complaint and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Complainant present.  When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Counsel for the complainant has made an endorsement on the Consumer Complaint stating that ‘he is withdrawing the complaint’.

In view of the endorsement, the complainant is permitted to withdraw this Consumer Complaint.
