                Arguments heard.

 

Complainant not appearing for more than one year. OP bank has reversed the disputed amount on the credit card. OP has also brought a statement of account showing the amount due to be zero as on date. OP has also brought no objection certificate. Both the documents are placed on record. The complaint was filed on 20.10.11. OP is directed to pay Rs.10,000/- as compensation for harassment and mental agony.

The order shall be complied with within 30 days of the receipt of the copy of the order; otherwise action can be taken against OP under Section 25 / 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of the order be sent to the parties free of cost.
