Complaint is allowed as under: O.p. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.9,071/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 6-8-2003 (date of claim) till the date of payment with cost of Rs.500/-. The above said amount shall be paid within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
